We've replaced traditional vermouth with a rich chocolate wine and a hint of acorn, creating a 200ml bottle at 19.3% ABV that feels deeper, woodier, and more comforting than the original. It's a bold, festive reimagining that trades sharp edges for a smooth, velvety warmth.

What's inside the Winter Negroni:

• London Dry Gin: a crisp, juniper-heavy base that provides a clean, botanical backbone
• Campari: the essential bitter heart, bringing vibrant orange and herbal depth
• Chocolate Wine: replaces vermouth with a dark, indulgent cocoa sweetness
• Acorn: adds a unique, nutty, and slightly tannic woodland finish

Winter Negroni tasting notes:

• On the nose: Familiar herbal bitterness paired with an inviting scent of dark cocoa and toasted nuts.
• On the palate: A complex layer of bitter orange that melts into a smooth, velvety chocolate middle.
